Our Leadership

  • Vinny serves as President of Seneca Property Management, bringing decades of hands-on experience and leadership rooted in a lifelong engagement with the real estate industry. Raised in Portland, Oregon, Vinny’s exposure to commercial real estate began early through his family’s ownership and management of income-producing assets. This formative background provided a deep foundation in operations, asset maintenance, and value-add repositioning strategies.

    Today, Vinny leads Seneca Property Management’s strategic vision, overseeing portfolio performance, client relations, and the firm’s operational excellence across Oregon and Washington. As a licensed Principal Broker, he specializes in commercial leasing, sales, and third-party property management services tailored to institutional and private clients.

    Vinny is a graduate of Central Catholic High School, where he excelled as a three-sport athlete, and went on to study Business Administration at the University of Montana. His professional career began at Windermere Commercial, where over an eight-year tenure he played a key role in expanding the firm’s portfolio by more than 400%. That experience solidified his reputation for growth-oriented management and laid the groundwork for his eventual transition into executive leadership at Seneca.


  • Michael Hamilton is a Principal at Seneca Property Management, where he brings a multidisciplinary background in development, construction, and asset strategy to the firm’s operational leadership. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Michael’s work spans the development and delivery of more than $100 million in residential and commercial projects across the Pacific Northwest.

    Michael plays a key role in bridging ownership priorities with day-to-day property performance, helping ensure Seneca’s managed assets are aligned with long-term investment goals. His institutional knowledge and entrepreneurial track record provide a foundation for scalable systems and value-driven management across the portfolio.

    Michael is also the President of Seneca Development Company, which he co-founded in 2019 alongside partners Bryant Jaksic and Andy Schreck. In 2016, he founded Hamilton Building Co., recognized in 2020 as one of Oregon’s Top 100 Places to Work. His leadership has been widely recognized, including the 2024 Phenom Award from the Oregon Daily Journal of Commerce, honoring rising professionals shaping the future of the built environment.

    A strong advocate for the role of real estate in driving economic development, Michael is committed to fostering investor returns while creating resilient, well-managed communities.


  • Bryant Jaksic is a Principal at Seneca Property Management, where he brings decades of experience in investment strategy, operations, and financial modeling to the firm’s leadership team. His role focuses on aligning portfolio performance with ownership objectives, leveraging a sophisticated understanding of capital markets and operational efficiencies to enhance value across Seneca’s managed assets.

    With a background spanning more than three decades, Bryant has built and led multiple investment firms—registered as both Private Investment Partnerships and Registered Investment Advisors—serving institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. and abroad. His expertise in portfolio construction, risk management, and software development for trading operations continues to inform Seneca’s data-driven approach to asset and property management.

    Bryant is also the Co-Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Seneca Development Company, which he co-founded in 2019. His entrepreneurial background includes forming or acquiring ten investment firms since 1994, focused on alternative strategies uncorrelated to traditional public markets.

    He holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing and an MBA from Portland State University. With a strong foundation in financial analytics and operational scale, Bryant ensures Seneca’s property management platform delivers consistent performance, strategic alignment, and long-term stability for investors.

  • Dalton is a Principal at Seneca Property Management, where he brings a disciplined, performance-driven approach to asset management and operational leadership. With a foundation in multifamily property management, Dalton has held nearly every operational role—from leasing agent to regional manager—building a deep understanding of day-to-day operations, lease-ups, and team development.

    A Portland native, Dalton graduated with honors from the University of Oregon and was commissioned as a U.S. Army Officer through the UO-ROTC program. He served as an Infantry platoon leader, where he was responsible for leading, training, and managing teams in complex and high-stakes environments. His military background continues to shape his leadership philosophy and strategic approach to property operations.

    Dalton has successfully led the lease-up of more than eight multifamily properties and is known for his ability to optimize performance across diverse assets. At Seneca, he oversees property operations and financial outcomes across the portfolio, with a focus on NOI growth, team leadership, and investor reporting. His hands-on experience and systems-level thinking enable him to drive long-term value across stabilized and transitional assets.

    Dalton’s leadership bridges tactical operations with strategic ownership goals, ensuring Seneca’s properties consistently meet and exceed performance expectations.
