Vinny is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest market and a lifelong commitment to operational excellence. Raised in Portland, Oregon, Vinny grew up managing and improving his family’s commercial properties—developing hands-on expertise in everything from day-to-day maintenance to full-scale redevelopment.

Today, Vinny leads the operations behind our property management platform through VCS Realty, a licensed brokerage and property services firm active across Oregon and Washington. As Principal Broker, he brings decades of experience in leasing, management, and strategic repositioning of multifamily, retail, and office assets. Prior to launching VCS Realty, Vinny spent eight years with Windermere Commercial, where he helped expand the company’s portfolio by over 400%.

Vinny holds an Associate of Business Administration from the University of Montana and is a graduate of Central Catholic High School in Portland, where he was a multi-sport athlete.
